One of the elements that sets 21W20 apart from many other buildings is each of its thirteen residences is a full-floor home. For the building’s interior, Mr Architecture + Decor used their team of twenty talented designers to find the right match between form and function. The firm’s aesthetic “is characterized by diversity and unified by an essential clarity.”
21W20 spans a total of fifteen floors. For the exterior, Beyer Blinder Belle took a very modern approach to the building’s architecture. The highlight of the building is the three penthouse units on top, which each have a private terrace and floor-to-ceiling windows that can illuminate the night skyline. The exterior is also defined by a mixture of stone, glass and blackened stainless steel.
Each of the full-floor residences has 6″ solid fit white oak hardwood floors in the living, dining and kitchen areas. The homes come with a washer and dryer, as well as stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. And both the master and en-suite bathrooms have Zuma soaking tubs.
In addition to a 24/7 doorman, 21W20’s amenities include a garden, available private storage units and a pet washroom. And because the building boasts a 421-a tax abatement, purchasing one of these units can be a very wise financial investment.
There are currently two different units available. The first is Unit 4, which is located on the fifth floor. It has 1,302 square feet of space, and features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The asking price for this residence is $2.748M.
The second available residence is Unit 7. Located on the eighth floor, this home also has 1,302 square feet of space, as well as 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Since it is a few floors higher, its asking price is a little higher at $2.975M.
