Kyle first started working in the New York City real estate industry in 2015 as a high school intern for Elika Real Estate, working under Gea Elika. His primary role was data entry and helping ensure that clients' investment properties had accurate balance sheets. Even though Kyle was not a licensed salesperson at the time, he knew he was meant to be in the industry. Like a sponge, he absorbed the entirety of the purchasing process, from submitting offers and compiling board packages to the negotiations and closings.
Kyle was infatuated by every step of the buying process and even remembers accompanying his mentor Gea on an intense day of showings where 13 different properties were viewed. From Tribeca to Greenwich Village and the Flatiron District, Kyle accompanied the client and Gea and learned first-hand the embodiment of quality elevated customer service. While working under Gea at Elika Real Estate, Kyle learned all the aspects of property management and has the knowledge to help find the most suitable investment properties for his clients. Kyle's experience in the real estate industry from such a young age has given him insight and guidance on what it means to be an exemplary real estate broker.
Aside from working for Elika Real Estate, Kyle also has much experience in the high-end upholstery industry, working at a family-owned company for nearly four years. Through this position, Kyle serviced clients in some of the most exclusive buildings and homes in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and the Hamptons. He learned what quality customer service entails and went above and beyond for all clients he dealt with.
Kyle attended Baruch College in New York City and graduated with a degree in marketing. He spent most of his free time in college exploring everything New York City had to offer. Kyle has an excellent grasp of the entire Manhattan landscape, from grabbing lunch in Union Square to shopping in Soho and walking through Flatiron and Gramercy Park.
Kyle has been obsessed with the New York City real estate market since starting his internship with Elika Real Estate in 2015. He has made it a point to keep up to date with the constantly shifting real estate landscape in New York City and the ebbs and flows of the global financial markets. Kyle's previous customer service experience, combined with his passion for New York City real estate, makes him the perfect fit to tackle any challenges home buyers and renters face in this fast-moving industry.
