100 Barrow is the latest project from legendary east coast development company Toll Brothers City Living. Ranked the number 1 home builder globally by Fortune Magazine, the Toll Brothers name has stood for quality and excellence for over 50 years. 100 Barrow is the long-awaited application of this expertise to the West Village.

Barry Rice Architects applied their usual rigorous attention to detail to make 100 Barrow a true marvel. Inspired by traditional West Village homes and following classic Renaissance architectural precedents, 100 Barrow seamlessly integrates into its environment. From the Flemish bond pattern brick that forms the base to the bronze lintels and sills that will weather to a natural, lustrous patina, 100 Barrow has been designed like a building from another era.
And yet, it retains all the advantages of modern life as it rises above street level. The top six levels sit back from the street, a stunning glass crown to the brick base that offers beautiful views for the residents within.

While Barry Rice Architects handled the building, the residences were designed by local, Brooklyn-based firm Bernheimer Architecture. However, the combination of traditional and modern materials continues throughout.

Residences are finished with simple, classic details like oiled bronze doors and windows, wide plank white oak floors, and gray marble.
These classic touches come into their own in the kitchen, where the Carrara marble counters are complimented by Grey Oak Poliform cabinets and Gaggenau appliances. All offset by local artisan fixtures provided by Watermark Designs.
The white oak flooring continues into the master bedroom, where exterior bronze fins provide additional privacy without obstructing the view from the floor to ceiling windows.
Finally, the master bath offers a dark, cool retreat from the modern world. Completed in a grey and blacks with black marble and Carrara marble counters, the oil-rubbed satin bronze fixtures on the soaker tub, sink and shower all work together to give you a place to relax and unwind, far from the madding crowd. And with a beautiful powder room finished with geometric tiles by London-based design studio Raw Edges and hand-finished grey plaster walls, the master bath can be yours and yours alone.

The amenities at 100 Barrow offer something for everyone, concentrated in a dedicated amenities floor. Residents can look forward to a:

Twenty-six units total, 100 Barrow currently offers six co-op apartments, either two-bedroom units or a four-bedroom duplex.
Units start around $4.1 million for 2 beds, 2.5 baths, and 1,775 square feet on the third floor. Prices increase for two-bedroom units as the floor level increases.
Currently, 100 Barrow also offers a single duplex unit for $13.3 million, which includes a 4 bed, 4.5 bath, and 4,447 square feet of living space over two floors. The duplex also includes 749 square feet of private terrace.

The picturesque West Village feels like a world apart from the concrete jungle. 1800s townhouses and cobbled streets are just part of the charm, with greenery an integrated part of the streetscape. This historic neighborhood is no stranger to modern development, though. Boutiques, cafes, and some of the city’s best restaurants fill original buildings. And with some of the best schools nearby and the beautiful gardens at St. Luke in the Field neighboring 100 Barrow, it’s easy to see why these units are among the most sought-after in the city.
