Architecture
Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates is the team that’s responsible for this iconic new addition to the New York City skyline. Thanks to the combination of curved glass and gradual expansion, 111 Murray creates a sense of movement up its 64 floors. The movement culminates with the building’s crown. Not only does 111 Murray have a striking exterior, but its design provides wonderful views for all of its residents.

Residences
Upon arriving at the building, residents and guests will be met with the sight of the building’s curved entry. This beautiful architectural detail is complemented by equally beautiful gardens. Inside the building, the lobby provides an immediate sense of tranquility. The materials in this space range from anodized steel walls to travertine floors.

Inside each residence, natural light coming through the glass walls and a variety of natural materials create a truly inviting atmosphere. The open living spaces throughout each residence offer incredible views of the city. The open approach to living includes the kitchen, which flows into entertaining spaces. Other notable features of the kitchen include marble waterfall countertops and custom white oak cabinetry.

In each bathroom, Dornbracht fixtures and rich stone surfaces combine to create a very serene space. The standard master bathroom in 111 Murray features a freestanding BluStone bathtub that’s positioned to offer the best view of the city. Small but significant details like radiant heated floors complete the appeal of this space.

111 Murray’s lobby has an attendant 24 hours a day. Residents can take advantage of the large lounge, which features 15-foot ceilings, a fireplace and water wall. The building offers incredible health and wellness experience. That experience starts with a 3,000 square foot fitness studio. The studio overlooks a 75-foot lap pool. Then when the time comes to relax, it’s easy to do so thanks to a hot tub and a modern twist on the traditional Turkish bath. The building also boasts a jewel box patisserie and grand private dining room that can be used by residents for all kinds of events.

Availability
Pricing at 111 Murray ranges from $2 million for a one-bedroom up to $17.5 million for a five-bedroom. 111 Murray also has two-full floor penthouses. Another interesting note is that the 71 highest apartments will have elevators that open directly to a private vestibule exclusive.
Neighborhood
The building’s location in Tribeca puts it right in the middle of a wide range of dining, shopping, and other leisure destinations. Living in Tribeca provides access to many other conveniences, including several great schools for residents with children of any age.
