135 West 52nd Street will truly be Midtown Manhattan’s newest architectural icon. Standing 48 stories tall, CetraRuddy and Thierry Dreyfus’ combined talents are being used to create a magnificent combination of metal, glass and lights. In addition to being visible across the Manhattan skyline, the building’s light design will be on full display with the three-story glass lobby that has an incredible light installation of its own.
Residences in 135 West 52nd Street range in size from one to four bedrooms. There are also four duplexes, as well as a triplex. In the residences’ living rooms, floor-to-ceiling glass provides beautiful views that are complemented by a contemporary design palette.
