17 East 12th Street Condominium

The site where 17 East 12th Street is being built was purchased in August of 2013 for $50.2 million. Rigby Asset Management is the developer behind 17 East 12th Street. The building’s exterior was designed by Bromley/Caldari Architects, and its interiors were designed by Richard Mishaan.

Architecture

The exterior of this building is being built with London stock brick. It’s the first time this type of brick has ever been used in New York. Combined with large windows, the lighter color of this brick creates a look that’s unique but also a great fit with the rest of the neighborhood.

Residences

When residents enter the building through the lobby, they’ll be greeted by an attendant, as well as signature elements that include French limestone floors, an Italian espresso leather concierge desk, and French polished mahogany wall paneling.
