300 East 64th Street

300 East 641

This new residence in the Upper East Side stands 27 stories tall. With 103 units that are designed to be filled with light and provide enviable views, 300 East 64th Street has something to offer to everyone from single young professionals to families who want their children to enjoy the best of New York City.

History

As Aby Rosen and Michael Fuchs have done with many commercial and residential properties in New York, their RFR Development team has focused on making 300 East 64th Street a great building for its residents and the entire surrounding area.
To accomplish this goal, they commissioned MOED de ARMAS & SHANONN to create an incredible entrance for the building. Inside the building, interior designer Meg Sharpe was inspired by hospitality, while Stonehill & Taylor drew inspiration from amenities.

Residences

The building’s bedrooms are defined by large windows and wood floors. With full-sized drapes, it’s easy to control exactly how much natural light is let into the bedroom throughout the day.
In the kitchen, a carefully selected collection of finishes and high-end appliances create a great space for making anything from a smoothie to a 3-course meal. Every kitchen has a Liebherr refrigerator, as well as a Bosch dishwasher, cooktop, wall oven and microwave.
Since designers Vince Stroop and Meg Sharpe were inspired by hospitality and amenities, it’s not surprising that residents will feel like they’re in a personal spa when they enter the bathroom. With marble vanities, Kohler Caxton sinks and Grohe shower faucets, these spaces are truly luxurious.

Amenities

The building has a great roof deck that residents and their guests can enjoy. In addition to its stunning views, this space provides everything that’s needed for entertaining, including a communal bar and table, lounge furniture, outdoor grill and seasonal plantings. Another source of entertainment that’s available without ever leaving the building is the screening room. This space can also be utilized in conjunction with the library lounge.

300 East 64th Street makes laundry easy with industrial-sized washers and dryers. And because the laundry room is conveniently located by the gym, squeezing in a workout on even the busiest of days is still possible. The gym also features a space where residents can enjoy fitness on demand video classes like yoga, cycling, dance and kickboxing.
