50 United Nations Plaza

50 United Nations Plaza Night Buildings Home 1

The properties at 50 UN Plaza are officially on sale, inside of 50 United Nations Plaza, the new addition to the iconic Manhattan skyline. The stunning building is the first Foster + Partners residential building in the United States, a leading architecture firm based in London. Dedicated to sustainable designs, the firm has pioneered a wide range of projects around the world.

50 UNP overlooks the East River and is surrounded by the skyscrapers that contribute to the city’s signature skyline. Just blocks away are the luxury shops of world-famous 5th Avenue, while parks, plazas, and buildings make the neighborhood amongst the most culturally developed in the city.

Views from the residences of the 50 UNP building feature panoramic vistas of the East River. In contrast, the Chrysler, Empire State, and UN Secretariat Buildings can all be spotted from the vertically stacked bay windows in the building.

50 UNP was developed through a partnership between Zeckendorf Development and Eyal Ofer’s Global Holdings Inc, the same collaboration responsible for the 15 Central Park West and 18 Gramercy Park apartment buildings.

In keeping with the building’s dedication to supreme luxury, 50 UNP offers amenities and comforts that are nearly impossible to find elsewhere, including gated entry, a landscaped motor court, residents-only valet parking, and a fitness center with a 75-foot swimming pool.

The lobby is a welcoming oasis from the city with a cascading waterfall and a grand fireplace. The residence interiors have been custom-designed with careful attention to detail by Foster + Partners. In keeping with the stunning exterior aesthetic of the building, interiors utilize warm gold bands and stainless steel to highlight the vast window spaces that offer city views from each room, even many of the master baths with soaking tubs.

The 88 condo-style residences offer 1, 2, and 3 bedroom condo residences, as well as a penthouse and a duplex penthouse. The condos range in size from a one-bedroom of 1,147 square feet to two bedrooms of 1,132 to1,636 square feet, while the three-bedroom has three bathrooms in either 2,609 square feet or 3,004 square feet. The Penthouse has six bathrooms in a spacious 5,893 square feet of space, while the Duplex Penthouse has seven bathrooms in over 9,000 square feet, including a private infinity pool.

Although the official website has no prices available, Curbed, New York has reported that they start around $2.11 for a one-bedroom and go to upward of $100 million for the duplex penthouse with a private infinity pool.
