The master bathroom comes with high gloss lacquer custom vanities, white Zebrino marble flooring and a Zuma soaking tub. The secondary bathroom has a mini crystal slab countertop, while the powder room features a Calacatta Gold marble countertop.

There’s also a Residents’ Lounge with catering kitchen. Inside, residents can stay fit by using the private fitness center. There’s a 60-foot indoor salt-water swimming pool, steam room, and locker rooms. The building also includes a dedicated children’s playroom.
