70 Vestry Street

Standing fourteen stories tall, 70 Vestry offers once-in-a-generation waterfront homes. The location of this building right on Hudson River Park in Tribeca means residents have incredible panoramic views of the river.

History

70 Vestry first gained attention when reports came out that Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen had purchased a $20 million condo in the building. Since then, information has continued to come out about the building, including its incredible waterfront design and an impressive lineup of amenities.

Architecture

Designed by Robert A.M. Stern Architects, the team wanted to choose the perfect material to complement the building’s location on the river. That’s why they went with limestone, which works more beautifully in the sunshine than any other material. The western and southern light that will hit 70 Vestry means the building will glow. Robert A.M. selected Beaumaniere limestone, which is sourced from a quarry on the banks of the Seine in France.

Residences

Daniel Romualdez is responsible for the design of the building’s residences. His vision was guided by featuring traditional, natural materials applied in distinctively modern ways. He wanted to ensure that when people come home, they feel comfortable and taken care of throughout all their spaces.

Kitchens are finished with top of the line appliances. This space includes custom designed oak cabinetry and Bardiglio Luco marble countertops with Calacatta Milano marble accents. Master bathrooms have Statuary Monarch marble on floors, walls, and vanities. Custom enclosures of brushed nickel and fluted glass surround showers and water closets.

Amenities

At 70 Vestry, amenities play a key role in the experience that this building can provide its residents. The experience starts as soon as residents arrive at the building’s elegant private courtyard. At their convenience, residents can take advantage of a stunning spa suite. An 82-foot swimming pool, separate children’s pool, and hot and cold plunge pools provide residents with a variety of aquatic activities.
