Drawing each unique building together is the community garden, designed by M. Paul Friedberg & Partners. The community garden is done in a park-style, with three vistas as well as a reflecting pool and limestone benches. The natural landscape is not only beautiful but helps to filter out the grit of the city by giving the neighborhood more trees.

There’s a private lounge, a guest chef’s kitchen, a catering kitchen, and a screening room, which can all be reserved singly or combined for your events.
