Each building is uniquely designed; some are entirely new construction, including the tallest building, while others rely on existing materials.

Interior designer Thomas O’Brien is renowned in the design world; The Greenwich Lane marks his first foray into residential design. Each building has a different and unique interior, with custom touches and features.

Residences

A great effort was made to ensure that each residence has its look and feel; from layout to fixtures, to ensure a custom feel. Using the bones of the building to determine a time and place. luxury materials such as; marble, mosaic, wood, and fine metalwork influence the design.

Drawing each unique building together is the community garden, designed by M. Paul Friedberg & Partners. The community garden is done in a park-style, with three vistas as well as a reflecting pool and limestone benches. The natural landscape is not only beautiful but helps to filter out the grit of the city by giving the neighborhood more trees.

Building Amenities

Building amenities are designed with socializing in mind. There’s a private lounge, a guest chef’s kitchen, a catering kitchen, and a screening room, which can all be reserved singly or combined for your events. Suitable for children ages 2-12, the light-filled space includes a book tower and lots of storage space for toys and crafts.

The fitness center is a true stand out. A full-floor down a grand staircase leads to a stunning 25-meter swimming pool with a separate hot tub. A mosaic ceiling and a glass partition separate the magnificent centerpiece from two custom fitness studios perfect for yoga or private training, as well as a golf simulator.
