Located at 305 East 51st Street, Halcyon is a 32-story luxury condo tower. The building has a total of 123 residences ranging in size from studios to four bedrooms, as well as two penthouses. Muted palettes, rich finishes and simple sculptural forms are the three primary elements that define the design of Halcyon. Extending from a base made out of Indiana Limestone, the glass and steel building extends into the New York skyline. Its design let’s in lots of natural light, as well as offers residents beautiful views of the city.
Halcyon’s residences are both elegant and warm. Thanks to the balance of contemporary design and comfort, the building’s residences provide sophisticated spaces that actually feel like home. Natural light plays a big role in giving the residences an open and inviting feeling.
Thanks to their design by Poliform, Halcyon’s kitchens are both efficient and beautiful. While this space is perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee on a Saturday morning, it also has everything needed to prepare a delicious family meal. Laquered cabinetry and Calcatta ligano marble define the look of this space.
Each bathroom is designed to provide a space for relaxing after a long day. Design highlights of this area include brushed bronze fixtures, marble countertops and oversized white marble tiles. Bathroom spaces also have metal, stone and wood textures to balance the crisp detailing with warmth.
Residents of Halcyon can spend time in the beautiful library or courtyard. There’s also a playroom where children can enjoy activities like story time or art projects. The Sky Lounge can be reserved to hold a dinner party for 10 or a cocktail party for up to 50 guests. Halcyon has a movement studio for doing yoga, spin classes, Pilates and stretching.
