One Riverside Park

With 219 luxury residences spread out over 35 stories, One Riverside Park offers wonderful views of the Hudson River, Riverside Park South and many of the other best sights in New York City.

History

In September of 2013, developer Extell announced their plans for One Riverside Park. The details of this announcement included the availability of 219 apartments in the building, ranging from one to seven bedrooms. Additionally, Extell also shared a rendering of the guest lounge, which featured a modern but still comfortable design.

Architecture

 
One Riverside Park wads designed by Goldstein Hill & West Architects. The building rises from a natural limestone base and transitions into a luminous expanse of glass. The building’s height and use of glass not only looks great in the skyline, but also provides an enviable view for residents.

Residences

 
When residents or guests enter the lobby, they’re greeted by a gorgeous chandelier, as well as many other attractive touches. The cohesive and attractive nature of One Riverside Park’s interior is thanks to Shamir Shah, the firm responsible for all the interior design work.
 

 
Upon entering one of the condos, the windows are the first eye-catching element. Spanning floor to ceiling, these windows showcase lots of water, green and other desirable city views. Next to the living space is a formal dining space that can easily fit a table with twelve chairs.
In the kitchen, residents can decide whether they want a light or dark finish. With either finish, the kitchen features Dornbracht fittings and Miele premium appliances. In the bedroom, light colors and more floor-to-ceiling windows create a relaxing oasis.

With over 50,000 square feet of amenities, One Riverside Park “provides a convenient, all-inclusive way of life for its residents.” Residents can enjoy the convenience of a 24-hour doorman and concierge. Entertainment options include a residents’ lounge, screening room and an entertainment room with catering kitchen. Additional entertainment options include a billiards and game room, bowling alley, golf simulator and an indoor playground by Kidville.
For health and wellness, residents can take advantage of a 75-foot swimming pool, hot tub, rock climbing wall, basketball court, squash court, yoga room and treatment rooms. The building also has an on-site parking garage and Riverside South shuttle service.

Availability

There are currently a variety of 2, 3, 4 and 5 bedroom residences available. The price ranges are:

• 2 bedroom: $1.9 to $2.7M
• 3 bedroom: $3.1 to $4.3M
• 4 bedroom: $5.1 to $8.7M
• 5 bedroom: $10.2 to $15.35M

There are also two 6,168 square foot apartments available for around $20M, as well as a 7 bedroom and 9.5 bathroom residence with 5,739 square feet for $25M.
