Clad in Danish brick, Steiner East Village has a facade that’s both contextual and tailored. The choice of this brick was very deliberate and creates beautiful hues that respect the aesthetic of the surrounding area. As Doug Steiner explained in an interview, his whole team obsesses over every detail of what they design. This obsession is reflected in elements like the generously scaled windows, which flood the residences in Steiner East Village with light by taking advantage of the low-rise streetscape.

Because the residences at Steiner East Village are design-driven, no detail was overlooked during their creation. Examples of these luxurious details include oversized statuary bronze window frames, 7” wide plank European white oak flooring and 8’ high interior doors with burnished brass hardware.

In the kitchen, the volume of space, layout, finishes, relative distances and appliances were all chosen to create the optimal balance for entertaining, cooking and informal dining. This space includes custom Italian cabinetry, which can also be found in the bathrooms. Also in the master bathroom is a custom lacquer vanity, along with a soaking tub complete with calacatta ice marble surround. Powder rooms are finished with a petra pearl stone countertop and base, penny round mosaic walls, 7” wide plank European white oak flooring and chrome fixtures by Waterworks.

Steiner East Village has a children’s playroom and garage parking available for residents. There’s also a gym, as well as a spa and 50-foot pool. The building includes over 8,000 square feet of lush foliage that fills both the rooftop park and the courtyard gardens. Overlooking the courtyard is a library that has a contemporary marble fireplace. This gives the space its very refined but still comfortable feel.
