The building’s facade was built with dark grey stone. Cantilevered penthouses create a very distinct appearance at the top of The Flynn. Down at the building’s entrance, a slight recess was used to create a pavilion beneath a canopy. Large windows can be found throughout The Flynn’s residences, including penthouse decks that feature floor-to-ceiling windows.

Upon entering one of the residences in The Flynn, a feature that immediately stands out is the millwork wood paneling found in the living spaces. This beautifully crafted paneling is complemented by walnut flooring. Juliet balconies can also be found in many of the residences.

In the kitchen, sleek polished surfaces are perfectly balanced with a beautiful wood breakfast bar. Recessed lights provide the ideal atmosphere for preparing and enjoying the food. Another design element that’s found in many of the residence’s living spaces or kitchens is exposed concrete columns. These columns add a wonderful dose of character and also do a great job of demonstrating the high ceilings that are found throughout The Flynn. In master and secondary bathrooms, limestone is the material of choice.
