JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Build and nurture client relationships. This includes meeting with potential buyers and renters, greeting drop-ins and responding to inquiries, as well as maintaining personal networks. Keep abreast of industry news and trends. Study listings, preview properties, participate in educational opportunities, join local real estate organizations and read industry publications. Close real estate sales. Match buyers with compatible properties, showing property, perform comparable market analysis, negotiating offers, and suggesting changes.

QUALIFICATIONS:

New York Real Estate license required and previous sales experience preferred. Strong oral and written communication skills, computer proficiency and the flexibility to work on weekends.

COMPUTER SKILLS:

Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel. etc. is a plus.

LICENSES:

Candidate must already be Licensed, or enrolled in Real Estate licensing class in New York State.
