Agent Responsibilities
Build and nurture client relationships. This includes meeting with potential buyers and renters, greeting drop-ins, responding to inquiries, and maintaining a personal sphere of influence. Keep abreast of industry news and trends. Study listings, preview properties, participate in educational opportunities, join local real estate organizations, and read industry publications. Close on real estate sales. Match buyers with compatible properties, show the property, perform a comparative market analysis, negotiate offers, and advise.
Qualifications
A New York Real Estate license is required; previous sales experience is preferred. Strong oral and written communication skills, computer proficiency, and the flexibility to work on weekends are also required. Additionally, we are looking for agents with a sphere of influence through private networks or social media.
Computer Skills
G-Suite, Gmail, Google Calendar, Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe. Etc. is a plus.

Licenses
The candidate must already be licensed or enrolled in a real estate licensing class in New York State.
