Applicants should also bring either a strong social media presence or a deep traditional network (ideally both). We distribute leads to our agents and require an agency relationship that is managed equally and collaboratively.

Agent Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, renters, and investors.
- Conduct showings, listing appointments, and market analyses
- Stay current with market trends, neighborhood data, and inventory
- Prepare and negotiate offers for buyers and sellers
- Leverage ELIKA’s tech tools to provide exceptional client service
- Uphold the highest ethical standards and professionalism
A New York Real Estate license is required; previous sales experience is preferred. Strong oral and written communication skills, computer proficiency, and the flexibility to work on weekends are also required. Additionally, we are looking for agents with a sphere of influence through private networks or social media.
Qualifications
- Active New York State Real Estate License
- Proven sales or rental experience preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Digital fluency (A.I., Google, CRM tools, REBNY RLS, etc.)
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Existing client base or sphere of influence is a plus
