With 246 residences spanning across 42 stories, construction at One West End is slated to be completely finished by 2017. This building marks the first condominium project to come to market in the exquisitely designed Riverside Center, which will offer nearly 100,000 square feet of retail, a school and more.

Much of the design inside this building is guided by clean and modern lines. That elegant approach to design starts with the residential entrance doors, which are made from walnut and feature a bronze newspaper box and integrated lighting. The homes inside One West End provide excellent spaces for living and entertaining. Homes in the building are filled with lots of natural light, which does a great job of highlighting all of the rich materials that are found in these spaces.

The different rooms throughout each residence are connected by wide-plank wood flooring. In the kitchen, residents will be able to enjoy all the thoughtful touches of seasoned designer Jeffrey Beers. With either of the two available finish packages, the kitchens in One West End are spaces where beauty and functionality exist in perfect harmony. Marble slab countertops, a Sub-Zero refrigerator and Miele dishwasher are just a few examples of the level of quality that’s present in this space.

Moving to the master bathroom, a custom walnut vanity is accented by a marble countertop. Marble is also used for the master bathroom’s flooring and door frames. Brushed limestone walls provide a sense of refinement, while radiant heated floors offer an extra touch of comfort. In the powder room, guests can easily freshen up in a space that’s defined by marble and custom stone. Residences are easy to keep at an optimal comfort level thanks to the presence of a 4-pipe fan coil HVAC system.

One of the goals of One West End is to bring resort-style services into a residential setting. That’s why the building boasts a full-time concierge, as well as two 24-hour door attendants. The building’s rooftop features a 12,000 square foot garden terrace. On the inside, residents can enjoy a state of the art fitness center, 75-foot pool and spa treatment rooms. One West End also has a variety of special rooms for residents, including The Living Room, Media Room, Billiard Room, Kitchen, Dining Room, Playroom and Game Room.

One West End offers both a truly residential setting and easy access to all that New York has to offer. Because of its adjacent location to Riverside Park and the Hudson River, residents can enjoy all kinds of outdoor recreation.
