This policy describes permitted use of content on elikarealestate.com, including the ELIKA Journal. It is published by Elika Associates II LLC, doing business as ELIKA Real Estate.
No unauthorized scraping or competitive reuse
Except as permitted by applicable law or an express applicable licence, you may not, without prior written permission from ELIKA and any other relevant rights holder, use bots, scripts, scraping tools or systematic manual collection to harvest content from this website for use by or on behalf of another real estate agency, brokerage or competing property-marketing business.
This restriction includes collecting or copying listing descriptions, photographs, original building profiles, guides, market commentary or contact details to:
- Populate another brokerage’s website, property database, CRM or marketing materials.
- Republish, mirror, resell or redistribute website content as part of a competing service, or present ELIKA’s original work as your own.
- Build solicitation lists from agent, client or other contact information displayed on the website.
Do not bypass access restrictions or rate limits, or remove ownership and attribution notices, to carry out these activities. Using an outside vendor or an AI tool to collect content for a competing brokerage does not change these restrictions.
Browsing, sharing and authorized access
Ordinary browsing, sharing links to our pages, and reasonable review of individual properties for yourself or a client remain welcome. These restrictions do not prohibit ordinary search-engine indexing or general-purpose AI crawling that is unrelated to the competitive collection or reuse described above. This policy does not grant those services any additional licence to our content.
Use expressly authorized by a separate agreement or an applicable MLS, RLS, IDX or other listing-data licence remains governed by that authorization and its conditions.
Ownership and legal exceptions
ELIKA claims rights only in material it owns or is authorized to protect. Listing information, photographs and other third-party materials may belong to their respective brokers, photographers or other rights holders. Display on this website does not transfer those rights.
This policy does not claim ownership of public-record facts, prevent independent collection of those facts from their original sources, or limit fair use or other uses permitted by applicable law.
Permission and concerns
For permission to reuse material, or to report suspected unauthorized copying, contact ELIKA with the relevant page links and intended use. Permission from ELIKA covers only rights ELIKA is authorized to grant.
Where appropriate, ELIKA may request removal of unauthorized copies, restrict abusive access and pursue remedies available under applicable law.
