Before you begin.
How do I use voice search?
Open Describe your home, choose Voice your search, and allow microphone access. Speak your brief, review the transcription, then tap Show me homes. If voice is unavailable, type or use your keyboard’s dictation.
Can I say “Show me homes” to run the search?
For now, tap the Show me homes button. Saying those words adds them to your description; it does not submit a search automatically.
What can HELEN search for?
The Describe it experience is for buyers. Supported preferences include location, budget, bedroom count and property type. Requests such as exceptional light or a particular board policy need individual review; HELEN cannot guarantee them.
Does describing a home contact an agent?
No. To request contact, choose Ask an agent and submit the contact form. You can explore your search first.
How is my description used?
The website sends your description to OpenAI to interpret your search. Your browser’s speech service may process voice audio; ELIKA’s dictation feature does not save that audio. Leave out personal or financial account details.
Can I install HELEN in ChatGPT or Claude now?
Those connections are being prepared and are not yet open for customer installation. You can use HELEN on the ELIKA website now. Platform access and voice features may differ.
