NYC PUBLIC RECORDS
Explore city facts and recorded deed amounts. These records are a research starting point—not a valuation, title report, or substitute for due diligence.
Why the numbers differ: 40 profile residences vs. 41 residential units on the tax lot. ELIKA’s building-profile figures can come from architectural, offering-plan or building source material. City records use tax-lot definitions and may reflect different completion dates, floor counts, unit combinations or filing conventions. Confirm current offering documents and building records for a purchase.
