One Vandam in SoHo is a well-crafted vision of modern design, sweeping spaces and luxurious amenities in the heart of the famous neighborhood. Positioned on the verge of both the West Village and Tribeca, at Prince and Spring Streets, One Vandam is modern luxury building in a prime location.
Open floorplans with oversized windows tailored to each space give sweeping views of the city’s famous skyline. Located slightly away from nearby buildings and located high above the city streets, One Vandam offers panoramic views in all directions, morning, noon and night. The large outdoor terrace areas and sun-filled spaces give residents the opportunity to have a private oasis away from the busy streets.
The prime location is close to many of the city’s best and most famous restaurants, bakeries and eateries and other SoHo favorites as well as world-class shops. Located nearby are green spaces like Washington Square Park. Stroll through the cast-iron district, featuring the largest array of cast-iron architecture in the world on your way to shops or grabbing a coffee.
The modern building was designed by BKSK Architects and features a “luminous” façade of limestone and glass. Despite it’s modern design, One Vandam is also warm and welcoming with walnut cabinetry and custom fixtures. The lobby gives a glimpse at the building’s stunning rear garden and has warm details that welcome residents and their guests.
The Residences and Penthouses of One Vandam are 25 luxury apartments over 14 floors, each one individually configured to reflect the building’s space and the neighborhood’s aesthetic. Penthouses offer a roof deck while triplexes offer stunning outdoor terraces for prime views of the city. Glass, stone and natural woods make each space at once modern and warm and welcoming. Baths include custom wood vanities and floor to ceiling windows. Kitchens include gray marble, handmade solid walnut cabinets, custom-polished steel doors and more windows for an effect that is at once open and functional. The open kitchens merge with living rooms that have a contemporary neutral feel and color scheme. Floor plans vary from one to five bedrooms, many of which have outdoor spaces and multiple exposures for a sweeping and inviting feeling.
Each penthouse has amazing views, sweeping outdoor terraces, and wood-burning fireplaces as well as large soaking tubs and custom designed Watermark fixtures.
Building amenities at One Vandam include an urban garden space for residents designed by Mathews Nielson (designer for Lincoln Center Plaza and Hudson River State Park) and featuring numerous native and seasonal plants and trees. There is also the convenience of a state-of-the-art fitness facility that looks out on the Resident’s Terrace and includes a private studio for training or yoga. There is also a lounge that includes a large screen television and catering kitchen, perfect for social occasions or kicking back on weekends.
Surrounding the building is a river of green comprised of beautifully landscaped trees and plants that lead from the rear garden to the main terrace and the ground-level entry garden.
Prices range from $1.5 million for a 1 bedroom to $15 million for a penthouse.
