The brick and limestone façade exudes understated luxury, complemented by a stately lobby. Residents benefit from white-glove service including a full-time doorman, concierge and elevator operators.
The developer was James T. Lee, grandfather of Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis. The board’s financial standard is among the most demanding in the city, and purchases are all-cash in practice.

Why the numbers differ: 31 profile residences vs. 33 residential units on the tax lot. ELIKA’s building-profile figures can come from architectural, offering-plan or building source material. City records use tax-lot definitions and may reflect different completion dates, floor counts, unit combinations or filing conventions.
